A one-night deposit per room is required to confirm your booking. The balance is payable upon check-in or as otherwise agreed.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a one-night charge per room.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival will incur a two-night charge per room.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, no-shows, or cancellations during the stay will be charged the full cost of the accommodation booked.
Early departures will be charged for the remaining unused room nights.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Room rates are based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise.
Additional guests (including children) may be subject to extra charges and must be confirmed at the time of booking.
A minimum stay requirement may apply during peak periods, festive seasons, or special promotions.
Tourism Tax: An additional RM10 per room per night will apply to foreign tourists upon check-in for stays from 1 January 2023 onwards. Malaysians with MyKad and permanent residents with MyPR are exempted.
Heritage Fees: Effective 1 July 2022, a Heritage Fee of RM3 per room per night will apply to all guests, as imposed by the Langkawi Municipal Council. This fee is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.
All rooms and indoor spaces are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are allowed. Our pet friendly room is Estate House.
Temple Tree Resort is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe provided.
The resort is not responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Temple Tree Resort reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings where necessary, including in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or errors.
