Golf
Langkawi has three golf courses to choose from. Nearest to Temple Tree is the acclaimed 99 East Golf Club, designed by renowned Australian architect Ross Watson, also home to the Fat Frog restaurant which the fairways and ocean beyond. The Els Club at Datai Bay enjoys a beautiful setting situated at the base of the mythical Raya Mountain. Finally, Gunung Raya golf club offers a moderate challenge at the foot of Mat Gunung Raya mountain.

Go Karting
Situated in the serene tropical island of Langkawi, the track has a rich 20 years racing heritage. This phenomenal track makes it one of the best go-kart tracks in South East Asia. Under the new management of Genji Hashimoto and Edward Chong, this project is in the hands of two highly experienced professionals in their respective fields. Genji Hashimoto has been involved in motorsports for over 35 years from grass root racing levels all the way up to Super GT racing. Edward Chong has worked in the banking and finance industry for over 15 years with an astonishing success rate.

Jet Ski
For the thrill-seekers, Pantai Cenang and Pantai Kok offer jet-skiing on Langkawi’s western coast. Plenty of beach counters and hotels rent out jet skis here, and there is also an operator on the northern shore at Tanjung Rhu offering great hourly deals.

Cycling
Rent and ride a bicycle through river banks, paddy fields, and forest on a half-day cycling trip that allows you to cover a lot of ground while still seeing Langkawi up-close. If you feel energetic, its a great way to get a getting a glimpse of daily village life. Get picked up from the resort and travel to Kuala Teriang, the starting point for your biking adventure.

Skybridge @ Cable Car
The Langkawi Sky Bridge is located at the 'end' of the Cable Car ride. One of the island’s highlights, it is a 410ft-long curved pedestrian bridge above Mount Mat Cinchang. Located 2,300ft above sea level, the Sky Bridge is easily accessible by the Langkawi Cable Car. The journey to the top starts out at the Oriental Village in the upper northwest of Langkawi Island, near Pantai Kok. Once the cable car gets going it gets a little chilly as winds flow through the ventilation slits at the top, so put on a sweater beforehand.

Zip Line Adventures
Skytrex has been a cornerstone of the Langkawi outdoor thrills menu since 2013, adding an element of adrenaline to the usual laid back island holiday. Located within the pristine enclosure of Burau Bay, be enthralled by the dramatic landscape views of Gunung Mat Cincang as the park's backdrop.

Deep Water Solo
Try your hand at free soloing over Jong Island and the archipelago emerald waters in this unique discipline of rock climbing! Enjoy a short cruise into the bay’s island labyrinth, where a small boat will transfer you to our DWS crags. Then, chalk up and get personal with the limestone. Your guide will show you developed routes and safely spot you. Climb from the boat onto the rock face, grab hold of big pockets, work up tufa systems and traverse finely featured limestone.

Wildlife Park
Langkawi Wildlife Park is a five-acre animal sanctuary along Jalan Ayer Hangat. Officially launched in 2002, it is a tropical garden with over 2,500 exotic birds from 150 species, such as canaries, owls, eagles, toucans, hornbills and flamingos. The park also features a walk-in aviary with a 15-metre manmade waterfall, a duty-free retail outlet and animal-feeding sessions.

Underwater scuba
Whether starting out or a seasoned diver, there is an underwater activity for anyone to enjoy on Langkawi. With minimal equipment and preparation requirements, snorkelling is a family-friendly activity, with only a mask and fins required to catch a glimpse of the amazing undersea world. Snorkelling and scuba diving is possible around the main island of Langkawi, but the best underwater life is found at the reefs around the Pulau Payar Marine Park, 19 nautical miles off Langkawi’s coast.
